I was married to my...

I was married to my husband for 20 years. I moved out 2 years ago. The possessions I took with me were the things that my parents gave us and my clothing and items that I had purchased with my own money over the years. I left him with no debt. When we married he had 10 head of cattle. When I left him his cattle herd was 400. He has land, farming equipment etc. He never gave me any spending money. Everything I bought was purchased with credit cards and then I had to declare personnal bankruptcy. He used and ate everything that I purchased. His land, cattle and friends always came first. I couldn't do it anymore. I live in an apartment which he pays the rent. He now has a new mate so I would like to settle everything so that I can move forward. What am I entitled to? Where do i start?

One child that is 20 years old and going to university with NO help from his father. My rent is 700.00 per month. I live in Saskatchewan, Canada. His income is 280,000.00 per year. Mine is 35,000.00 per year and less. I am 54. He is 50.

I cannot make a deposit. I have no credit card. I had to declare personnal bankruptcy.

I work in a hotel and a nursing home.

You should contact customer service to arrange for payment in some other way, paypal works too I think.

I'm sorry, I don't make the rules. The site is here to make money and they don't allow the customer to see the expert's answers until there's money to pay for the answer if the customer decides to pay.
