Why did they add these extra costs on and if they did why did you then sign anyway?
Customer:
they called me and said i was approved for the financing which they told me was at 3% the day before... i went down there and it turns out that i didnt qualify for the 3% but instead at a 5.9%. I wanted the truck and so I signed. Now I'm thinking that having a payment that was already quite large stretching me even further might have been a bad idea

more or less I'm just curious about my options for returning the vehicle or wondering if there is a legal window in which I'm entitled to return the vehicle within a specific time frame

No there isn't unless you were unduly pressured or mis-represented.

no... that is not the case... just a sense of buyers remorse due to the amount of kraft dinner i will be eating in the future lol

V2V 1GB Dear Gordon: Re: Seller's Contract # 200519: Hello, My name is***** reached out to you back in May, about the 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 I purchased from TMT Auto Finance Groupe LTD. On October 5, 2020. I am not happy with the way I have been treated; I went to TMT Auto because I needed help. Tony told me he could by trading in my 2018 Ford Flex for a vehicle that would lower my bi-weekly payments. There were a few SUVs in the lot I was able to look at that day, but he was going to look around for some more options, then get back to me. Within a couple days I was called about the truck option, I told him I was not interested because I have 3 kids, one is in a car seat, and I drive a lot. I was told that the truck had the same fuel economy, and it was very roomy, I told them I was unsure, and I would need to think about it. I was called again about the Dodge 1500 The rebates with being brand new, I would be able to pick the color and all the features I wanted except the A/C seat, which he could order in for me. He was able to hide all my negative equity and I no longer need my mom as a co-signer. This being my best option, I agreed thinking that the bi-weekly payments would be less then $333.34. The hole reason why I went to TMT Auto. The next call was to tell me that the White Dodge had been sold and I had the choice of gun metal gray, silver, or red. I was emailed a purchase agreement I needed to sign and send right back so the truck could be brought over from Mission to their lot. Before signing I checked with Tony about the prices on the agreement, he assured me this was just a number on paper not the actual numbers to my sale. This was just to prove that it was purchased from TMT Auto. I signed the agreement. October 3, 2020. Oct.4,2020 I went to TMT Auto to trade in my 2018 Ford Flex VIN#2FMHKGC88JBA12166 for the 2020 Dodge Ram 1500 VIN#*****************. I waited around for Tony for well over an hour, one of the other gentlemen from the office gave me the keys to the Dodge 1500 and took my Flex keys and said come back tomorrow afternoon, Tony will do all the paperwork with you, and we will fill up your tank. Oct.5,2020 I read the agreement and told Tony there was no way I could afford bi-weekly payments of $408.71 my girlfriend Kaylee Anderson and myself told him that the hole reason for going there was he said he could help me get into something that would lower my monthly payments, which he assured both of us numerous times that the payments would not be more then the $333.34 bi-weekly. Tony went on about how good of a deal this was for me I no longer needed the co-sign and the rebates and hiding my negative equity, it is a brand-new truck. I told him again I could not afford it I am not signing the agreement. Tony said that because Kaylee is like family to him and she brought me to them, he will help me out with my payments, paying $75 every 2 weeks until I am finished school and employed full time. “Because this is how we treat family here,” the agreement was written and signed before I signed the payment agreement. I received $75.00 for my first scheduled payment and nothing after that. I talked to Dome he said he would investigate it and get back to me, he never did. After speaking with you, Tony called me to apologise and told me that he would be able to pay back the $1350 in a couple of weeks and he gave me the $75 top up on schedule to my payment. However, June 3, 2021, Tony missed yet again, ignoring me until June 9, 2021. Tony messaged me to tell me he had some money to pay me, and he would send an E-transfer that would include the $45 to cover the NSF charge from June 3, 2021.Today is June 13, 2021, and Tony has yet to make this right.
