Below are the question and answer I recived some 10 months ago and I was succusful in motion then getting me leave of the court to represent myself. However the Justice was required to permit the plaintiff's lawyer the opportunity to amend the claim and add me personally as a defendant not becsuae he argued cause but rather because of the early time frame. They now want to go to discocery and I have several questions. The other side says if I reopen my motion to have me removed as defendant that I am trying to appeal the justice decsion. Is this true? The case law you provided require the plaintiff to prove personal fraud or dishonesty and make fact specif pleadings. They have not doe this and continue to refuse to provide this after numerous requests. In additon they are required to provide how this action is separate and distinct to the normal course of contracting business. Again they will not provide this.
