I had divoced my wife in Canada last year, as per the agreement,

yes, I owe her money as per my separation deed, have only made part payment, not able to pay her monthly maintenance as promised although I have been paying her rent etc

not served with any documents yet, but she is threatening me

we divorced last year

as per the separation deed, she is supposed to get about 250000 CAD, approx, I have paid her about 70000 so far and owe her another 55000 now,

125000 can be paid within 3 years of divorce

I am also supposed to pay her Rent, medical expenses, household etc, Rent and 1000 CAD per month apart from Medical and other expenses, I have been regular on rental payment but not able to catch up with 1000 dolalr commitment

I do not have a job since one year

I am a partner in a canadian company which has made losses, so no revenue

also, she is wanting my son back in her custody and he is not willing to live with her, he is 14 years old,

my financial position is not good

now I have a job in USA, it is just strting, but not yet formalized
