VerifiedI would suggest having your lawyer write a demand letter providing a deadline for payment.
After that I suggest retaining the lawyer just to do the Statement of Claim and serve it on them.
If that still doesn't work you can self-represent and post on this site whenever you need some help.
But once sued they will pay without a doubt as there is no reason for not paying you.
