I work security and slipped twice, on ice then the wet floor,

I work security and slipped twice, on ice then the wet floor, both times bumping my head hard. A civilian also slipped and may take legal action. I have been removed from site due to negligence even though I told the desk guard ( who is by the phone and COULD call snow removal) and one of the building operators. I did not get a CT scan due to the radiation of it but did go to the hospital. I am losing many hours because of this and suffered BRAIN DAMAGE! The brain damage REALLY burns me. Everyone who works there would blame me and lie under oath and even the doctor at the hospital implied I could be lying. What can or should I do? Should I sue and can I win with a "no win, no fee" lawyer(Because I can't afford a lawyer) ? And if I do what is the maximum I should sue for? The property manager is Brookfield and Tricom is the security company. This is a SEVERE injustice! I had my first fall at 5am and second just after 6:30, the civilian fell around 6am after I told the other guard and the operator. The snow stopped falling just before 8 pm the night before which was half a shift earlier than I started and is when the snow removal should have been called. What should I do? I've heard that you have 12 hours to remove the snow and the civilian fell within the 12 hours. What can I sue for, and should I bother?
