They were born in WA USA but are currently living with me their mother in Canada BC

How long have they lived in BC for?

a year and a half

The the Court of competent jurisdiction is the BC Court.
Debra Thal (username) :
You will need to deal with that issue because you will need to respond to the Court in WA.
If they understand that the children have lived in BC for 1.5 years they will not assume jurisdiction.

I am currently still dodging the bondsman because he first showed up at 9pm on a friday night, then 10pm, then again 9pm the next night (twice in the day but I was at work)....the creepy thing is I think he got my drug addict upstairs neighbor to knock on my door so I would open it to her, then he was right there saying I saw you are in there! He knocked, then tried my door knob, to me that is no ok, he rattled it GOOD I was a little freaked tbh, I am a single mom living alone, and he was basically trying to get in :S
I am not opening my door to him, I may meet him tomorrow in a public place with my Dad.
