I want to explain a few issues to you but first want to see if you have been getting some advice or will be soon.
Customer:
V. I leave my registered retirement savings plan or RRIF, if it still exists, to be divided equally amongst my grandchildren: Jaren, Zara Isabel, Drew Timothy, Adia, Mariah and Tristan Graham George. “Each grandchild’s monetary allotment will be placed in an informal-trust account at a local Cobourg bank with their parents jointly acting as account trustees. Each account will be held in trust for each grandchild until they reach the legal age in the province of Ontario (age 18).”

I will be getting some advice soon. I have an old will that is accommodating my grandchildren.
What sort of clause wording would I need to leave my RRSP to my grandchildren? Does the above clause comply with the family laws of Ontario. If not, what wording would I need.
