I have joint custody, not sure on court orders, the kids are Cody 7 and Hailei 4. I am not sure if the teachers see it but they asked me if they only phone me to volunteer at the school. During the day the lunches are not in a fridge not sure at night. I think she doesn't want to put the effort into making a fresh lunch. I have not asked her about that I don't need the fight. Also last year the report card for my son had 18 doucumented lates for school this year it is much better only two so far. I also think the kids are yelled at often and my son told me his mom said he is responsible to watch for his sister. She also has a new boyfriend watch the kids while she is shopping. These things are keeping me up at night I just can't sleep knowing what is going on.

The agreement can be varied.
If you can prove your allegations based on your post it seems like you may be able to convince the Court that the current arrangement is not in the best interests of your children.
Firstly, that lunch problem is serious if you are correct. It shows neglect if not worse as the lunches must stay out of the fridge all day at least.
And it is worrisome that their mother is not able to do small things that are needed.
As well the facts the one of your kids is taking care of the other and the little one doesn't want to go home are highly worrisome.
If you can afford a lawyer unfortunately it's best to retain one.
