You aren't supposed to do this but as his death is imminent and all the beneficiaries agree you can likely do this without risk.

You are not trying to do anything to benefit yourself really. It will benefit his estate but as he is about to die no one wills say there is a chance of harming him.

My question involves dispersal of an estate. Date of death:
date of death: October 2018, existing will. probate cert was issued to the named Executer. Investments of the diseased (stocks, bonds) were transferred by the bank to the Executer's Estate Account in late January 2019. This resulted in approximate loss of $30,000. In funds.
