I think you need to take a copy of the Will and a list of the facts.

As you are still paying these payments now there may be some way to still register a Claim on the estate but it will be complex and you will need a lawyer to assist you.

But if you get a lawyer right not this may simply scare the executor to move forward because he can end up being on the hook personally if his delays cost the estate money.

So, I would retain a lawyer to take a very strong stand from the start and see if that isn't all that is needed. It may be.

If someone such as your spouse is being harmed because the house has not been transferred to her, just by way of example, he can become personally liable.
