The calculation of what you would pay would be based on what your income is now.

It's a material change in circumstances and you cannot pay what you used to pay.
Customer :
We have a seperation agreement we go by, but as I said, I have seen no income whatsoever since June, so do I just tell her I will pay her when I get paid, my settlement is under appeal for benefits.

I thought you are getting disability benefits?
Customer :
Been denied LTD, appeal is pending

So for now there is no income so you have no support obligation.
Once you have income then you start paying support based on that new income.
If you have investment income that counts as income.
Using your savings does not.
Customer :
I had disability until June 2010, then I cashed out rrsp's to live so far
Customer :
Also, do I just send her a letter stating the facts? Thank you

Yes.
I would just say that you have no income and are living on savings for now and that as soon as you start receiving income of any sort you will start making support payments again.
Customer :
So she really has no recourse against me? She is really vindictive, and I get worried.
Customer :
never missed a payment when I was working.
