You are fine then. You must file the liens within 45 days of substantial completion of the work.
I suggest that you attend at each of the three projects and tell the owner, if they are there, what has happened and indicate that if you are not paid by a deadline you provide that you will have no choice but to register a lien on title to preserve your interests.
That way they may be able to get your paid.
If not you will need to register the liens within the 45 days and commence a law suit for each project and then file a certificate of pending litigation on title. That's within 180 days.
