While you may have multiple ceremonies only one jurisdiction - the first - can be the legal jurisdiction of the marriage so there will be a conflict of laws problem with respect to the validity of the prenuptial agreement and rights on divorce. Another consideration will be the applicable laws in the jurisdiction where you actually live as a married couple.

If you legally marry in Canada, you would need to execute the prenuptial agreement in accordance with the rules of the province of marriage after having obtained a marriage license (also varies by province). Typically a prenuptial needs to be negotiated and evidence that both parties obtained independent legal advice as to its terms will be necessary and ample opportunity to review the agreement is necessary for validity. Some jurisdictions even require that a prenuptial be signed a certain number of days ahead of the actual marriage.

You are first going to need to finalize the country of your legal marriage and then obtain legal assistance in drafting the prenuptial agreement with opportunity four both sides to have independent lawyers review.
