Your child is an adult and so has all the rights that any other adult holds.

This means that she cannot be hospitalized against her will unless she is determined to be a danger to herself or others by psychiatrists.

They will need to do an assessment and then will either commit her for a stay in the hospital or release her.
If she is committed there will be ongoing assessments as well as hearings to see if she is competent to deny treatment.
Because she is an adult you do not have any rights yourself in terms of any involuntary treatment or hospitalization.

It would be wise to speak to psychiatrist to get some advice.
