My sister who is my mothers landlord made a written and verbal agreement with my mother and myself as POA. August of 2020 my mother moved into a nursing home. Due to covid outbreaks in some homes an agreement was made that my mother can continue to pay rent until the end of December 2020 incase there was a bad outbreak where she was and then she could come home. My mom moved into the home in August 2020. My sister sent me a text saying she sold the property and mom had to be out by the end of oct 2020. Around sept. Oct she told me she didn't sell the condo. I had all of my mothers stuff out by Nov 7 2020. My sister kept last months rent and the full amount for november rent. Now i see she has listed her condo for sale last week.
