Province of Ontario: I am the oldest child and the only daughter of my mother who is presently 87 yrs old. Years ago she made a Will with me as sole Executor. I have three younger brothers. My mom has recently informed me that 3 years ago she went to the lawyer';s office and added my oldest brother's name on the Will as an Executor with me.
