I understand that's what you are asking. You explained it very well actually.
If he dies without a Will in Ontario unfortunately you will not share in his assets.
Common law spouses do not have property rights in Ontario.
The only ways to protect yourself is insist he had your name to the title to the house or have a cohabitation agreement drafted and signed by the two of you.

Do you mean that I am entitled to absolutley nothing? His siblings can have me thrown out of my home? He wanted papers made out in the beginning but never followed though it. Now he won't even talk about it

Unless you contributed to the value of the house in some way you will not be entitled to any interest in it.
Aside from getting married there are only the two options that I mentioned that could protect you.
