I continue my old support payments 500 per month to his grandmother my ex'x mother as she is now his trustee appointed by keswick social services who are also giving him 350 dollars a month student welfare

her lawyer wants to bring a motion changing venue to norfolk county and as ben still has a kewsick address and is recieving money from keswick SS i hope that the matter can be resolved by consent

If the matter is resolved by consent then it wouldn't really matter where the Court.
You may have a problem stopping the support.
The law is that he is entitled to be support so long as he remains in school full-time at least for a first degree. The fact that his mother kicked him out doesn't mean he will lose that right. Had he run away that would have been different.
The proper jurisdiction is where he habitually resides.

The fact is that if he doesn't live with either of you then both should be supporting him. She has the same obligation as you and she certainly isn't entitled to receive child support when the child doesn't live with her.
