The success of your case would depend upon what the coaches said. Another factor would be if your son complained to the coaches about the abuse he received in the locker room.

I have been asking for a refund from an organized sport since beginning of Jan, just today I learned they will not be refunding me. The only refund policy is for prior to when our season started, for example, season began for select hockey on November 14th, refund deadline was November 1st for house league.
