Our condo building is 2 years old, and in MOntreal.It is 2 buildings, one with 8 units on 4 florrs, the other one has 6 units on 4 floors). One of the co-proprietor had water damage (water dispensor machine malfunctioned), therefore, she had her floor replaced. Since the floor is the original floor, it is part of the ''Common shares.. (I am not sure how to translate that: parties communes).
Anyway, in our collective agreement it is stated in one of the articles that if a co-proprietor has an incident that raises the building insurance, that co-proprietor has to pay for that increase.
Our problem is, that co-proprietor is a trouble maker to start with, second she refuses to pay, and third, the Administrators (one is her buddy, the other one doesn't care because she is leaving) don't want to deal with her because she is a trouble maker and they are pushing the matter under the rug.
Furthermore, I have told the trouble maker about the article in our collective agreement and pointed out other troubles she makes. Now, they live side by side on the third floor, and I live on the ground floor, so to retaliate, they park their car with the front of the car facing my unit instead of facing the fence like it should be. They know the lights disturb me because we had had that conversation 2 years ago and they then stopped parking that way, but they started again!! Of course the Administration does not want to get involve even if we would not be having this situation if they had done their job to start with.
What can I do?
