wishes in my mother will) then no. We the exectors agreed to carry out her

Properties -condo, cottage and real estate property (which is rented to a car dealership)

and RRIF's were left to the three siblings.

There are 14 grandchildren each to receive an inheritance of $25,000. at the age

of 25 and 25,000. at the age of 30.

My brother and sister took in advanced their children's inheritance in advance

and has invested it into a personal cottage outside of the one which was left

to us which is our family cottage.

This is my question to you is my sister legally purporting to make decisions?

or would this have to be something I would have to go back and ask the estate

lawyer. I prefer not to , because we all presently are involved with this lawyer

and I do not want my brother and sister to know I am researching this until I

have more information to back me up.
