under acceptance by purchaser,says if i refuse to take delivery when made available, within 7 days dealer may resale. Purchaser agrees to pay seller for all losses. Any deposit , trade in can be kepted by seller to apply to losses suffered by seller.

I'm just curious, isnt there another contract to fill when taking possession of the vehicle.

What this means is that if you break the contract you will be liable for what is called liquidated damages. These are damages that the dealer incurs and has to prove.
I would suggest that you call OMVIC in the morning. This is the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council. They will explain how best to handle this.

There is no other contract and even if there was the one you signed is still binding.
