My wife and I have no seperation agreement yet, we are selling…

I still don't understand fully. Here is the whole story, before any of this divorce talk had happened I was going to cash in my rrsp and buy a business. My wife was not crazy about this idea but left it up to me, so while I was away she transferred the balance off of one of her credit cards onto our joint card which I just paid off putting it to its limit. When I came back we had an argument about that. We then agreed that we would cash in her rrsp and pay off the cedit card so I would have room to go ahead and buy the business. The next day we cashed in the rrsp to pay off the credit card, but once the money was in the bank my wife took it out and put it in her own account. When I asked her about it she said she decided against it and wanted a divorce. I said I was still going ahead and cashing my rrsp and buying the business. We have no seperation agreement this is all just talking and discussing at this time. I want to buy this business, I have cashed in my rrsp to do so. She has the money from the other rrsp. I have a car that is paid off worth 10995 she has a newer car we owe money on jointly 19500 owing, car is worth 12500.

She also has her own credit card in her name I don't know how much is owing on it? I have my own credit card with a few thousand owing on it?

What I want to know is, if I buy this business now is it jointly owned? is she entitled to half the business? or half the money? also what about the car loan since I owe nothing on my car and she just got her car a year ago what happens there? and if I owe a few thousand dollars on my card and she owes 15,000 on her her card am I esponsible for that debt?

And what about the rrsp we cashed in and she put in her account what happens to that money?
