No. The US government wouldn't have any basis for charging you and the Canadian government is not eager to charge folks for over-staying visas unless there is some actual grounds to start deportation proceedings.
The only thing that may be affected is the ease of re-entry into the future (you will need to convince Canadian border officials that you will not over-stay subsequent visas).
