Province is Quebec. Company is headquartered in Ontario but has a company in Quebec as well. Commissions are to be paid monthly based on Gross sales

I am not a local lawyer but my research indicated that she is to be paid at the time she resigns.
I would suggest confirming this by called the Commission des nommes de travail to confim this.
