In Ontario the date that's important in situations like this is the date of separation and not the date that the Agreement was signed.
The way that CPP does this is the look at the credits that accumulated over the course of your marriage. That would be from the time you married up until the time you separated. They would then split the credits.
If she has CPP credits these too would be split between the two of you using the same two dates.
It doesn't matter where the income was put or how it was spent. It's about what has been paid into CPP all these years.
I believe that CPP will only go back 2 years in terms of retroactive claims. This is something you can ask them about. As it sometimes a bit complex based on the circumstances.
