And, you can get some help in Ottawa if you are going to self-represent.
What you can do is contact the Family Law Information Centre and make an appointment to see a staff lawyer. The lawyers there have the job of assisting people who are representing themselves because they cannot afford lawyers.
Once you get that Court Order you will be able to register with the Family Responsibility Office and they will enforce it for you.
