Frankly, if you compared the every other weekend to what most parents do it's not reasonable or generous. It's not the least bit reasonable that a little child like that has to wait 2 full weeks to see her father. For a three year old that's an enormous length of time.
That restricted amount of access is far from generous.
Generous would be where there would be much more access when you were available to do it.
You can apply to Court to get more access. Things have changed as your child is older and your shifts are different.
The Court will make a determination based on what it considers to be in the best interests of the child so you should show that seeing her more will strengthen her relationship with you and that you believe that flexibility from here on in is crucial given your work schedule so that she grows up being able to see you in a flexible way.
