I have moved from Canada...

I have moved from Canada a couple years ago, and did not have enough credit history to get an auto loan. For this reason, a friend of mine co-signed on the loan for me in March of 2008. She is not on the title, and is therefore not a co-owner.

Our friendship has since then falling through, and she has been requesting that I get her name off the loan, which I would like to do. I still am not getting approved to get a loan on my own. I have tried through several banks and credit unions, as well as asking other friends to take over.
I have always made payments on my car, within the 15 day grace period. There was one missed payment in May of this year, which I had believed had been made, but later found out it hadn't. I paid the amount in full in June when I found out (paid 2 months at once) to make sure it was caught up. This did come up as a ding on her credit score, but everythin is now in order.
She is now threatening me with taking me to court. Is there anything she can do legally?
