Can you explain from a legal point of view what you need?
Is your husband trying to stop you from taking your son, for example?

It goes further than that.
If you remain together and he continues to live you in your house for free he is going to argue that he's become dependent on you.
You need to see a lawyer before you to and try and work some agreement out quickly.
It may be that you can sign a separation agreement that lets him continue to live there for a while perhaps.
If I were you I would spend the afternoon trying to get an appointment with a lawyer for the beginning of next week. It's the summer and lawyers take vacations in the summer so it may be harder than you think to find one now.
