I am not so sure there's anything you can do. The first three months are always probationary unless there is a fixed term contract and the contract doesn't provide for a probationary period.
Unless they some how actively lured you away with promises of guaranteed work, I just cannot see how you can sue them. This is especially true given that you signed indicating that you agreed to the three months probation.
