OK. If you were together for 7 years, that's past the point of being a "short term relationship". If you bought the house together during the relationship and you each put approximately equal amounts of money and labour into it's mortgage, bills, maintenance, and upkeep then a 50/50 split is perfectly reasonable.

Since the child's biological mother isn't in the picture, not paying support or exercising any access, and the child considers your partner to be "mom", then there may be an obligation on her part to pay child support, especially is she sees the child after separation.

You have a claim to spousal support too if her income is higher than yours. That will depend on the roles you played during the relationship, your income, and your ability post-separation to support yourself.
