She seems to be using your daughter as a pawn in her battle against you. Her anger (I guess) doesn't allow her to put your daughter's needs first. It's clear that your little girl's best interests are best served by her having close and meaningful relationships with both parents.
It would seem like one good way (hopefully) of getting some of this resolved is to sit down with a mediator who is either a psychologist trained in mediating highly conflictual divorce situations or else is a family lawyer.
If she won't agree to do this, and it's pretty likely that she won't, it may be that you will need to retain a lawyer. If you do and then she does as well, with the assistance of the lawyers you may be able to come to some agreements, especially with respect to talking with your daughter. She should be able to speak to you, privately, every day.
