VerifiedHe has to pay you child support only so long as your kids are considered to be children of the marriage.
Once a child reaches the age of majority he ceases to be a child of the marriage unless he is dependent because he is attending school full-time.
For this reason as your 21 is not longer attending school he is no longer entitled to support and as such the father no longer needs to pay it.
