VerifiedThe mother has no right to make such arrangements and this is not in keeping with the best interests of your child. Seeing a child every 6 or 7 weeks is not anywhere near sufficient to keep involved in your child's life and the Court will not likely consider this as anyway near and acceptable option.
If you can afford a lawyer you should retain one or at least get some legal advice. What you can do is contact the Law Society and use their Lawyer Referral Service. You will be given the names of three lawyers and can consult with any or all of them and the first half hour will be free.
