Basically if you are considered to be a commission sales person who is what they consider a "high end" commission sales person then you aren't entitled to overtime.
You are correct that one type of sales that would place you in the high-end category would be if you sold
• Automobiles or trucks,
• Heavy industrial or agricultural equipment,
• Recreation vehicles or campers, or
• Sailing or motor vessels.
You are saying that what you sell doesn't fit in with this list. Presumably they are saying it does.
I cannot know as I don't know how the government classifies your equipment.
The simplest thing for you to do is just call the Employment Standards Branch and ask them. They may be able to look up your equipment and confirm what you will be classified by them if you bring a complaint.
If they agree with you then you can report this back to your employer before commencing the complaint procedure.
