You need to consult with an experienced civil litigation lawyer. The lawyer will review all the details and can then tell you what your chances are.
If you couldn't understand what you were doing and was subject to undue pressure then it's very possible to get all the documents you signed set aside.
I would think you would have signed something with the bank as well.
It's a clear case of abuse on the part of your daughter and something a Judge will not like at all. The daughter gets her sick mother to redo her Will, sign over half her house, increase her mortgage, moves her to the basement and then tells her either they sell the house or she will let the bank foreclose. How do you think that will sound to a judge?
It's elder abuse.
