VerifiedThe cell phone company will sue him and he can sue you and he can win if you had an agreement that you would pay for the use of your phone.
Since that's what's happened for these past three years it's strong evidence that you were supposed to pay. If you didn't pay for when you used it there's little doubt the Court would order you to pay the bill. I cannot see any reason at all why he would be stuck with it, unless I am missing something.
If I am don't hesitate to let me know.
