VerifiedThat's not at all correct. The money is paid to you because she lived with you and you have no obligation whatsoever to account for how it was paid and it was not at all supposed to be saved for her and I am sure he knows that.
He was legally obliged to support her from the time you separated until she reached the age of majority and even past that if she remained dependent by reason of full-time attendance at school, so there is someone who in fact, illegally, pocketed child support but that was him.
