VerifiedThe guidelines are not flexible though of course he can accept less. If they go to Court the Court will order the guideline amount unless she can argue undue hardship and this is virtually never granted unless she can show that she has enormous family debt that they both amassed but she got stuck with.
The circumstances won't warrant something else because they are based on her gross income.
This is assuming the children live with their father at least 60% of the time.
There would be no point in her going to Court for this matter alone as there is no chance of her not paying the table amount.
If she doesn't know what the amount is I can check it for you if you provide me with her gross income and the number of kids.
