You don't know what she will be inclined to do as no one knows how things can change over time.
The forms online are risky.
You both need to make financial disclosure and both need independent legal advice or the contract will not stand up in Court.
The botXXXXX XXXXXne is this, if you are together for a dozen years and the value of your house doubles over time and you've support her all this time, and she leaves you for some other guy, are you OK with giving her half the increase in value of the house and what about the cottage you buy and your RRSPs you accumulate and what about support...???
If that's all OK with you then you don't need the contract. If it's not you do.
