I work for a large company that consists of smaller business…

I beleive this is gender discrimination.

There is also an element of race, as the entire field base team is caucasian. This is pervasive in this company. But in my immediate case I believe I am being discriminated because I am a woman.

This is what I really thing

I don't necessarily want to transfer to the US, I was told the position was a management position, I spoke to the VP who is responsible and it is not.

I believe the management team that reports to the VP needs to be more representative of our customers. I also beleive our field employees should also reflect our enviroment.

My question to you is; do I have any grounds. I have a great reputation in this company globally, but I feel the enviroment here is subtle and hostile. With the exclusion and cutting my off it is difficult to feel engaged.

I now constantly have a "this is wrong" feeling in my core.

They are being cautious attempting to keep me around as a full dissmissal will allow me to go to the competition, there has been a share war over the last couple of years.
