Unfortunately, as you clearly know, you are under the minimum number of days. Had you been working abroad for a Canadian company the days working abroad would have counted.
Unfortunately, you will end up losing your status and you will have to start over again. If you can afford it, it would be wise to sit down with an immigration lawyer, and discuss what strategies are available to you, if you do need to again work abroad.
