VerifiedNo, she does not. She is a live-in caregiver and she has a temporary work permit. Once she completes her obligations under her work permit, she will be extended permanent resident status. She does not automatically become a Canadian citizen by virtue of marrying another Canadian citizen.
In order to become a Canadian citizen, she will have to go through the process of naturalization. You can find out more about this process at:

Your child, if born in Canada, will be a Canadian citizen.
