i QUIT A JOB DUE TO EXCESSIVE OVERTIME, i WAS WORKING WAY PAST A 44 HOUR WEEK WITHOUT OVERTIME, TIME AND A HALF AND DOUBLE TIME. i NEVER AGREED OR SIGNED ANYTHING. AM I ELIGIBLE TO GET MY OVERTIME PAID.

ontario, the company is based in Nova Scotia

I am not too familiar with the labour laws in NS.

my employemt was in ontario, so that is ontario law they have to follow, regarless if the corperate office is in NS

I misunderstood.

Let me take a quick look at something and I will assist.

Under the Ontario Employment Standards Act, you are entitled to overtime pay of at lease 1.5 times your regular pay for hours worked in excess of 44 each week.

You can definitely file a claim as you are entitled to that overtime pay.
