VerifiedIf the going back to school is seen as a deliberate move to avoid paying you child support the Court will likely impute income to her and that income will be what she was earning.
Or, if looking at all your circumstances the Court doesn't agree that she can afford to go back to school the Court may impute income.
Whether you have to provide spousal support will also depend the length of your relationship. If it wasn't long she may not be entitled to support.
