VerifiedYou clearly aren't entitled to the money as you just said yourself it's the boys'.
The kids are minor's so he has to keep the money in trust for them. You can ask him to provide you proof butt he may not be willing to do so. You may have to involve a lawyer which will be terribly costly.
If the mother left him money as well you should advise the FRO.

FRO can get the money if they find it.
You can sue him. You already have the judgment. You are trying to enforce it. If you sue him and get another judgment you will still have to enforce it.
