VerifiedHe can contest as anyone can. It's unlikely that he will succeed.
In BC there is an Act called the Wills Variation Act which would allow the Court to vary the provisions of a Will if one child was treated differently but this does not extend to grandchildren.
He has no right to contest and also, if he didn't see the grandmother and the others did then this would likely be seen as a valid and not unfair treatment.
