You can only be pardoned if this happened in Canada.
The way this has to work is as follows:
You are considered to be in a class of people determined to be inadmissible to Canada.
In another 2 years or so (it has to be at least five from the time you completed your sentence) you can apply for what is called individual rehabilitation. This takes well over a year to have processed. Here's the website that you will need:
